At Leonisa, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags in the shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
